1.	Your booking - Loch Ness Holiday Homes (LNHH) will only accept a confirmed booking upon payment of a deposit. For Bed & Breakfast accommodation a minimum of £10.00 is payable.
2.	The balance of the payment becomes due eight weeks before the start date of the holiday, this date will be clearly shown on LNHH's confirmation of booking advice to you. Non payment of the balance when due constitutes cancellation of the holiday and means you will loose the deposit. To maintain our competitive costs we are unable to send out reminders.
3.	Cancellation of your holiday by you incurs the following costs:- Less than 14 days before the start date 100% of the holiday cost 15 to 28 days before the start date 75% of the holiday cost 29 to 56 days before the start date 50% of the holiday cost More than 56 days before the start date of the holiday the deposit only. LNHH strongly recommend that you consider taking out comprehensive holiday insurance that would include insurance against cancellation costs. If for any reason LNHH had to cancel your holiday all monies would be refunded, or LNHH would; with your agreement, make every effort to locate alternative accommodation for you in this area or arrange with you alternative dates for you holiday.
4.	The number of persons using the accommodation must not exceed that stated without the permission of LNHH.
5.	Arrival - LNHH will have your accommodation ready for you by 4 p.m., we need this amount of time to enable us to prepare your accommodation to our exacting standards.
6.	Departure - LNHH respectfully ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. the day of departure.
7.	Pets - are accommodated at no cost subject to prior agreement (there is a dog in residence).
8.	Payment - LNHH accept payment by - Visa - Eurocard - Mastercard - Switch - Delta - in addition to cheques and cash. Credit information may be transmitted by telephone or e-mail.
9.	Data Protection - LNHH only accumulate information from you that is essential to our business we will not distribute or sell such information to third parties.
