and Breakfast - Loch Ness Holiday Homes (LNHH) will
only accept a confirmed booking upon receipt of full credit card
|| Cancellation of your
B&B by you incurs the following costs:-
Less than 14 days before the start date 100% of the holiday cost
15 to 28 days before the start date 75% of the holiday cost
29 to 56 days before the start date 50% of the holiday cost
More than 56 days before the start date of the holiday the deposit only.
LNHH strongly recommend that you consider taking out comprehensive holiday
cover that would include insurance against cancellation costs.
If for any reason LNHH had to cancel your holiday all monies would be refunded, or LNHH would; with your agreement, make every effort to locate alternative accommodation for you in this area or arrange with you alternative dates for you holiday.
|| The number of persons using the accommodation must not exceed that stated without the permission of LNHH.
|| Arrival - LNHH will have your accommodation ready for you by 4 p.m., we need this amount of time to enable us to prepare your accommodation to our exacting standards.
|| Departure - LNHH respectfully ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. the day of departure.
||No Pets except for
|| Payment - LNHH accept payment by - Visa - Eurocard - Mastercard - Switch - Delta - in addition to cheques and cash. Credit information may be transmitted by telephone or e-mail.
|| Data Protection - LNHH only accumulate information from you that is essential to our business we will not distribute or sell such information to third parties.
